Journal Article 2024 12 25 <p>This study aims to dissect the religious approach to the network of security challenges in artificial intelligence. In recent years, advanced artificial intelligence technology has rapidly integrated into human life, becoming an essential tool. As one of the foundational technologies, artificial intelligence possesses unique capabilities that can bring about a significant transformation in various fields of science. However, there remain numerous ambiguities regarding religiously based approaches to artificial intelligence. This study, employing a descriptive-analytical method, seeks to answer the question: What is the jurisprudential perspective on the positive and negative consequences of artificial intelligence usage? The findings of this study indicate that jurisprudence, as an ethical and religious guide, can lead to a substantial transformation in the domain of international laws and regulations governing the use of this technology, as well as in the professional ethics of its users, particularly in preventing security threats and maintaining public peace.</p> <p>این پژوهش با هدف کالبدشکافی رویکرد دینی در مواجهه با شبکه چالش‌های امنیتیِ هوش مصنوعی، انجام شده است. در سال‌های اخیر فناوری پیشرفته هوش مصنوعی به سرعت جای خود را در زندگی بشر باز کرده و به ابزاری اساسی در زندگی بدل گشته است. این فناوری به عنوان یکی از تکنولوژی‌های مبنایی، دارای توانایی‌های منحصر بفردی است که قادر به ایجاد تحولی بزرگ در علوم مختلف می‌باشد. با این وجود، هنوز ابهامات زیادی درباره رویکردهای مبتنی بر آموزه‌های دینی نسبت به هوش مصنوعی وجود دارد. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به این سوال پاسخ می‌دهد که رویکرد فقه نسبت به پیامدهای مثبت و منفی بکارگیری هوش مصنوعی چیست؟ یافته‌های این نوشتار نشان می‌دهد فقه به عنوان یک راهنمای اخلاقی و شرعی قادر است تحولی جدی در حوزه قوانین و مقررات بین المللی بکارگیری این فناوری و همچنین اخلاق حرفه‌ای کاربران آن، به ویژه در زمینه جلوگیری از تهدیدات امنیتی و حفظ صلح عمومی ایجاد کند.</p> https://journaliki.com/index.php/journaliki/article/download/121/97
