The research method employed in this study is descriptive-analytical, and data has been gathered through library research. The investigations revealed that restraining the first station of the soul—which is predominantly under the dominance of the faculty of imagination (quwwa wahmiyyah)—manifests in the vigilant observation of one’s behavior and speech. One who consistently monitors their actions appears to have successfully restrained the self. According to Imam Khomeini, the methods of spiritual struggle (mujāhada) with the self and the levels of its realization include: contemplation (tafakkur), resolve (ʿazm), repentance (tawbah), conditioning (mushāraṭah), vigilance (murāqabah), self-accounting (muḥāsabah), censure (muʿātibah), punishment (muʿāqabah), and striving (mujāhada). Imam Khomeini regarded contemplation as the primary prerequisite for striving against the soul and progressing toward the Divine. He himself benefited greatly from reflection in ethical, political, and social matters. He emphasized the practices of conditioning, vigilance, and self-accounting, considering them to be among the most effective methods for purifying the soul. Imam Khomeini also invited others to engage in the purification of the soul and Islamic moral training through the application of conditioning, vigilance, and self-accounting. From his perspective, the element of remembrance (tadhakkur) in this context is the remembrance of God Almighty and those blessings that have been bestowed upon the human being. He stresses the awareness that among the innate matters to which human nature is drawn is the honoring of the benefactor. Every individual who pays close attention to their essential nature will exhibit the utmost gratitude and appreciation toward the one who has bestowed a blessing upon them.</p> <p>هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی راه‌های مبارزه با مقام اول نفس یا منزل مُلک، از منظر امام خمینی (ره) هست. روش کار در این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی و روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای هست. بررسی‌ها نشان داد مهار مقام اول نفس که غالباً تحت تسلط قوه وهمیه است در مراقبت رفتار و گفتار تجلّی می‌یابد. کسی که مراقب رفتار خود باشد گویا در مهار نفس خویش موفق عمل کرده است. روش‌های مجاهده با نفس و مراتب تحقق آن را از دیدگاه امام خمینی (ره)‏‎ عبارت‌اند از: تفکر، عزم، توبه، مشارطه، مراقبه،‏‎ ‎‏محاسبه، معاتبه، معاقبه و مجاهده. امام خمینی (ره) تفکر را شرط اول برای مجاهده با نفس و حرکت به جانب حق‌تعالی دانسته شده است و خود ایشان نیز از تفکر در مسائل اخلاقی، سیاسی و اجتماعی بسیار بهره برده است. ایشان مشارطه و مراقبه و محاسبه را موردتوجه قرار داده و این روش را از عوامل بسیار مؤثر در تهذیب نفس قلمداد کرده‌اند. امام (ره) دیگران را نیز برای تهذیب نفس و تربیت اسلامی با استفاده از مشارطه، مراقبه و محاسبه نفس دعوت فرموده و ازنظر ایشان مؤلفه تذکر نیز در این مقام، یاد خداوند بزرگ و آن دسته از نعمت‌هایی است که به انسان ارزانی داشته است و می‌گوید بر این موضوع آگاه باش که در بین امور فطریه که فطرت هر انسانی به آن توجه دارد، محترم شمردن منعم است. هر فردی که به ماهیت ذاتی خود توجه خاصی داشته باشد، از فردی که نعمتی به انسان داده است، کمال تشکر و قدردانی را خواهد داشت.</p> https://journaliki.com/index.php/journaliki/article/download/225/149
