In addition, another objective of this article is to draw the reader’s attention to the fact that Iran’s non-instrumental capacities are not dependent on material tools but rather on spiritual and faith-based dimensions, and therefore appear to be invincible. What we are witnessing today in the world is the use of economic, military, and cultural tools by great powers in order to dominate other countries. Hence, the West, and at its head the United States, by employing these sources of soft power, attempts to capture the minds of nations and subsequently shape the transformations that follow. In this context, since the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the Islamic Republic of Iran has always been exposed to the West’s soft warfare and has been under the heaviest assaults of the enemy’s psychological warfare. Nevertheless, the Islamic Republic of Iran has strengthened its position over the past more than forty-three years and has thwarted the West from achieving its objectives. The question that arises at this point is: with what instruments and through which capacities has Iran confronted the West from a position of power? The hypothesis of this article is articulated as follows: it appears that the Islamic Republic of Iran, by making use of sources of soft power (qualified guardianship and leadership, the nation’s adherence to religious values, and loyalty to the system)—which are not material but spiritual and faith-based—has advanced along this path and achieved victory. Accordingly, in the present article, alongside a brief examination of the dimensions and objectives of soft warfare, and by reference to the statements of Imam Khomeini (may his soul rest in peace) and Ayatollah Khamenei, we have explored the sources of Western soft power from Joseph Nye’s perspective, and have referred to the soft power components of Iran as “non-instrumental components.” Subsequently, the sources of soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran—which are summarized in qualified guardianship and leadership, the nation’s adherence to religious values, and loyalty to the system—are highlighted, and emphasis is placed on the importance of unity and possessing insight.</p> <p>هدف از نگارش این مقاله بیان موکد ظرفیت‌های معنوی و ایمانی ملت و تقویت هر چه بیشتر این ظرفیت‌ها چه در شعار و چه در عمل است. علاوه بر این هدف دیگر این مقاله توجه دادن خواننده به این موضوع است که ظرفیت‌های غیر عامل ایران نه وابسته به ابزارهای مادی بلکه وابسته به ابعاد معنوی و ایمانی است و از این رو شکست ناپذیر می‌نماید. آنچه امروز در جهان شاهدیم استفاده کشورهای بزرگ از ابزارهای اقتصادی، نظامی و فرهنگی به منظور سلطه بر کشورهای دیگر است. از این رو غرب و در راس آن آمریکا، با استفاده از منابع قدرت نرم مذکور، سعی بر تسخیر افکار ملت‌ها و در مرحله بعد شکل دهی به تحولات پس از آن دارد. در این میان جمهوری اسلامی ایران پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی همواره در معرض جنگ نرم غرب قرار داشته و تحت بیشترین هجمه جنگ روانی دشمن قرار داشته است. با این وجود جمهوری اسلامی ایران موضع خود را طی بیش از چهل و سه سال گذشته تقویت کرده و غرب را در رسیدن به اهداف خود ناکام گذاشته است. سوالی که در این مرحله به ذهن خطور می‌کند این است که ایران با استفاده از چه ابزارها و با وجود چه ظرفیت‌هایی از موضع قدرت با غرب تقابل کرده است؟ فرضیه در این مقاله اینگونه عنوان می‌شود که به نظر می‌رسد جمهوری اسلامی ایران با استفاده از منابع قدرت نرم (ولایت و رهبری شایسته، پایبندی ملت به ارزش‌های دینی و وفاداری به نظام) که نه ابزاری مادی بلکه معنوی و ایمانی است در این راه گام برداشته و با پیروزی مسیر را طی کرده است. در این راستا در مقاله حاضر ضمن بررسی مختصر ابعاد جنگ نرم و اهداف آن و با استناد به سخنان حضرت امام خمینی (ره) و آیت الله خامنه‌ای، به بررسی منابع قدرت نرم کشورهای غربی از نظر جوزف نای پرداخته ایم و از مولفه‌های قدرت نرم ایران با عنوان مولفه‌های غیر عامل یاد کرده ایم. پس از آن منابع قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران که در ولایت و رهبری شایسته، پایبندی ملت به ارزش‌های دینی و وفاداری به نظام خلاصه می‌شود اشاره گردیده و بر اهمیت وحدت و برخورداری از بصیرت تاکید شده است.</p> https://journaliki.com/index.php/journaliki/article/download/277/192
