Journal Article 2024 06 09 <p>In today's vast world, the era of technology, which has enhanced the access of society to a set of information and the power and ability that comes from it, has confronted traditional parental management in raising children with numerous challenges. Considering the importance of religious education of children in reducing cultural and social tensions, this study, by examining the teachings of the Quran and Nahjul-Balagha, offers practical solutions for parents, educators, and policymakers to organize the upbringing of children based on Islamic values ​​with greater awareness. This study, with the aim of examining family management and emerging challenges in the present era, was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method. The results of the study show that: 1. Love and respect, creating a sense of self-confidence in teaching life skills, and intimate communication between parents and children, are the foundations for the proper growth and upbringing of children. 2. Parents can update their educational strategies in the face of emerging challenges and educate their children according to their needs. Therefore, utilizing the teachings of the Quran and Nahjul-Balagha can play an effective role in improving family management and reducing family and social tensions and differences.</p> <p>در دنیای وسیع امروز، عصر فناوری که دسترسی آحاد جامعه را به مجموعه اطلاعات و قدرت و توان ناشی از آن ارتقاء داده، مدیریت سنتی والدین را در تربیت فرزندان با چالش­های عدیده­ای مواجه ساخته است. با توجه به اهمیت تربیت دینی فرزندان در کاهش تنش‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی، این پژوهش با بررسی آموزه‌های قرآن و نهج البلاغه، راهکارهای عملی برای والدین، مربیان و سیاست‌گذاران ارائه می‌دهد تا با آگاهی بیشتر، تربیت فرزندان را بر اساس ارزش‌های اسلامی سامان دهند.این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی مدیریت خانواده و چالش­های نوپدید در عصر حاضر، به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می­دهد که:1. محبت و احترام، ایجاد حس اعتماد به نفس درآموزش مهارتهای زندگی و ارتباط صمیمی میان والدین و فرزندان، زمینه ساز رشد و پرورش صحیح فرزندان می­باشد. 2.والدین می­توانند در مواجهه با چالش‌های نوپدید، راهبردهای تربیتی خود را به‌روز کرده و با توجه به نیازهای فرزندان، به تربیت آنان بپردازند. بنابراین بهره‌گیری از تعالیم قرآن و نهج البلاغه می‌تواند در بهبود مدیریت خانواده و کاهش تنش‌ها و اختلافات خانوادگی و اجتماعی نقش تأثیرگذاری داشته باشد.</p> https://journaliki.com/index.php/journaliki/article/download/29/27
