Journal Article 2024 03 26 <p>This article deals with the fundamental rights of citizens in the framework of political affairs expressed in Shia Islamic traditions with a special focus on Nahj al-Balaghah, a collection of sermons, letters and speeches attributed to Imam Ali (AS). The purpose of this research is to clarify the basic rights and responsibilities of citizens in interaction with government authorities by examining the main principles and values ​​expressed in these sources. The article begins by establishing a basic understanding of the Shia perspective on governance and the role of the state in protecting the rights of citizens. It then examines the key concepts of justice, equality, and accountability expressed in Shia traditions and highlights their relevance to the protection of citizenship rights. Nahj al-Balagha serves as a primary source for this research and provides valuable insights into the moral and political principles that should guide relations between rulers. This article analyzes various expressions of Nahj al-Balagha to identify the specific rights and responsibilities of citizens, such as the right to participate in government, the right to freedom of speech, and the obligation of rulers to observe justice and fairness. In conclusion, this article, relying on the rich and diverse teachings of Nahj al-Balagha, provides a comprehensive overview of the fundamental rights of citizens in political affairs from the perspective of Shia traditions. By clarifying these principles, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of the moral and political framework that should underpin democratic governance</p> <p>این مقاله حقوق اساسی شهروندان را در چارچوب امور سیاسی که در روایات اسلامی شیعه با تمرکز ویژه بر نهج البلاغه، مجموعه خطبه ها، نامه ها و سخنان منسوب به امام علی (ع) بیان شده، می پردازد. هدف این پژوهش با بررسی اصول و ارزش‌های اصلی بیان شده در این منابع، روشن کردن حقوق و مسئولیت‌های اساسی شهروندان در تعامل با مقامات حاکمیتی است. مقاله با ایجاد درک اساسی از دیدگاه شیعه در مورد حکومت و نقش دولت در حفاظت از حقوق شهروندان آغاز می شود. سپس مفاهیم کلیدی عدالت، برابری، و پاسخگویی را که در روایات شیعه بیان شده است، بررسی می‌کند و ارتباط آنها را با حمایت از حقوق شهروندی برجسته می‌کند. نهج البلاغه به عنوان منبع اولیه برای این تحقیق عمل می کند و بینش های ارزشمندی را در مورد اصول اخلاقی و سیاسی ارائه می دهد که باید روابط بین حاکمان را هدایت کند. این مقاله به تحلیل عبارات مختلفی از نهج البلاغه می پردازد تا حقوق و مسئولیت های خاص شهروندان مانند حق مشارکت در حکومت، حق آزادی بیان و الزام حاکمان به رعایت عدالت و انصاف را شناسایی کند. در خاتمه، این مقاله با تکیه بر آموزه های غنی و متنوع نهج البلاغه، مروری جامع بر حقوق اساسی شهروندان در امور سیاسی از منظر روایات شیعه ارائه می دهد. با روشن کردن این اصول، این تحقیق به درک عمیق‌تر چارچوب اخلاقی و سیاسی که باید زیربنای حکومت‌داری دموکراتیک باشد کمک می‌کند.</p> https://journaliki.com/index.php/journaliki/article/download/30/28
