Journal Article 2025 01 15 <p>This article examines the complex relationship between Shiite ideology and citizenship rights in the political sphere. It argues that Shiite Islam, emphasizing social justice and equality, provides a potential framework for the advancement of civil rights. However, the actual implementation of these ideals is often obscured by historical, political, and cultural factors. The article analyzes how Shiite principles such as "Wilayat al-Faqih" (Guardianship of the Jurist) and legitimacy can both strengthen and constrain the promotion of citizenship rights. It primarily investigates the impact of socio-political structures, interpretations of Islamic law, and the mutual influence between religious and political institutions on the realization of citizenship rights in predominantly Shiite communities. Ultimately, this research aims to provide a nuanced understanding of the complex dynamics between Shiite ideology and the pursuit of citizenship rights in political affairs, acknowledging both the potential for positive contributions and the challenges that must be addressed for their full realization.</p> <p>این مقاله به بررسی رابطه پیچیده بین ایدئولوژی شیعه و حقوق شهروندی در حوزه سیاسی پرداخته و استدلال می‌کند که اسلام شیعی، با تأکید بر عدالت اجتماعی و برابری، چارچوبی بالقوه برای ارتقای حقوق مدنی ارائه می‌دهد، اجرای واقعی این آرمان‌ها در عمل اغلب توسط عوامل تاریخی، سیاسی و فرهنگی مخدوش می‌شود. این مقاله تحلیل می‌کند که چگونه اصول شیعه «ولایت فقیه» (حکومت فقیه) و «مشروعیت» هم می‌تواند پیشبرد حقوق شهروندی را تقویت و هم مهار کند. این مقاله بیشتر به بررسی تأثیر ساختارهای سیاسی - اجتماعی، تفاسیر قوانین اسلامی، و تأثیر متقابل بین نهادهای مذهبی و سیاسی بر تحقق حقوق شهروندی در بافت‌های با اکثریت شیعه می‌پردازد. در نهایت، هدف این پژوهش ارائه درک دقیقی از پویایی پیچیده بین ایدئولوژی شیعه و پیگیری حقوق شهروندی در امور سیاسی است، با اذعان به پتانسیل مشارکت‌های مثبت و چالش‌هایی که باید برای تحقق کامل آن‌ها مورد توجه قرار گیرد.</p> https://journaliki.com/index.php/journaliki/article/download/55/94
