مفهوم عدالت از منظر امام خمینی و افلاطون

هدف نهایی ازاین تحقیق، مفهوم عدالت از منظر امام خمینی و افلاطون می‌باشد. بازشناسی اندیشه سیاسی افلاطون به عنوان یکی از بزرگان تئوری پردازی علوم سیاسی، نقش مهمی در شناخت ارکان عدالت در غرب دارد چراکه مهمترین رکن تئوری پردازی اش توسل به عقلانیت است. در تفکر و بینش امام خمینی، عامل اصلی در تعیین ویژگی‌های عدالت مطلوب، تعریف مفهوم عدالت نزد ایشان می‌باشد. روش تحقیق در قالب تفسیر گرایی می‌باشد. روش شناسی تحقیق، بر اساس رهیافت تفسیرگرایی مبتنی بر تحلیل مضمون است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که صورت بندی معرفتی افلاطون بر محوریت عقل، موجب تغییر در محتوای تفکر وی شد او با استفاده از تئوری‌هایی مثل «مثال خیر»، نابرابریهای طبیعی و شاخص‌های انسانی بر محور اشتها، روحیه و عقل؛ نوعی دولت خیالی، ایده‌آل یا آنچه مدینه فاضله ترسیم نمود که به دلیل استحکام مبانی عقلی آن تاکنون بخش مهمی از ارکان مفهوم عدالت را در غرب را حفظ نموده است. منطق امام در عرصه عدالت که مبتنی بر مبانی عقلی، فلسفی و شرعی از یک طرف و اندیشه سیاسی شیعه و نوآوری فقهی بوده است؛ جنبه‌های الهی، فردی و اجتماعی را تواما در نظر گرفته است و عملا بخشی از آن را در جامعه اجرا نموده است؛ ولی شاخص‌های کلی عدالت را بر باب فرد، جامعه و جهان ترسیم نموده که به دلیل مشخص نبودن معیارهای دقیق و عدم نهادینه شدن آن و نیز پذیرش کمرنگ آن، در فضای سیاسی ایران و جهان، بخش اعظم آن قابلیت اجرایی ندارد.
