Article Processing Charges (APCs)

To support the open-access model and the rigorous editorial process involved, Islamic Knowledge and Insight applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 1,500,000 Tomans. This APC helps cover costs associated with professional typesetting, indexing, and maintaining high editorial standards. We are committed to ensuring that these charges are reasonable and that they contribute directly to sustaining the quality and reach of our journal. The APC is requested only after the manuscript has successfully passed through peer review and has been accepted for publication.

Peer-Review Process

Each submitted manuscript is reviewed by two or three expert reviewers, ensuring a balanced and fair evaluation free from bias. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and experience in the subject area, and both the reviewers' and authors' identities remain confidential throughout the process. Our review protocol emphasizes constructive feedback, encouraging revisions and improvements that align with the journal's high scholarly standards.

Our editorial team closely monitors the peer-review timeline to deliver timely decisions, typically within 8 to 12 weeks from submission. The result is a fair and rigorous evaluation that upholds the academic excellence of our publication.

Archiving and Repository Policies

We actively participate in self-archiving initiatives and maintain repository partnerships with MAGIRAN, SID, and NOORMagz, which ensure the visibility and discoverability of our articles across respected academic platforms.
