عدالت تربیتی از دیدگاه نهج البلاغه و تاثیر آن در نظام تربیت

عدالت در لغت به معنای راستی و درستی و ضد جور و دوری از افراط و تفریط و دادن حقوق افراد بر اساس استحقاق و شایستگی آن‌هاست به طوری که هر چیزی را در جای خود می‌نهد و مانع از تجاوز وظلم وستم می‌گردد. با نظر به چنین دیدگاهی از عدالت، تبیین و بررسی چیستی عدالت و چگونگی عدالت ورزی از دیدگاه امام علی (ع)در نهج البلاغه و پیامدهای آن در تربیت ونظام‌های تربیتی مد نظر قرار گرفت تا زمینه‌ای برای بهره مندی اصحاب تربیت از خوان حکمت و عمل او فراهم شود. در این مقاله چیستی عدالت از دیدگاه امام علی (ع) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت آنگاه پیامدهای آن در عرصه عمل به عدالت در تربیت و تاثیر آن‌ها در نظام تربیتی استنتاج شد. از دیدگاه ایشان عدالت در تربیت به معنای انصاف است که با توجه به نقش هدایتی و ترویجی تعلیم و تربیت شامل شناخت حفظ و اعاده حقوق برابر افراد و متربیان با توجه به تفاوت هایشان می‌باشد. مصداق حکمت 31، نهج البلاغه عدل بر چهار پایة خرد، دانایی، اعتدال در قضاوت و مدارا استوار است که مقصود رعایت تناسب و اعتدال است و هرگاه آنچه که شایسته هر چیزی است به آن داده شود باشند.
