Volunteer activities in humanitarian organizations like the Red Crescent play a crucial role in crisis response and damage mitigation. This study identifies the factors influencing the voluntary activities of Red Crescent youth, focusing on humanitarian approaches. A qualitative methodology, including semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis, was employed to explore these factors. Findings reveal that training, organizational culture, technological infrastructure, and social support are key components enhancing the performance and motivation of volunteers. Specifically, specialized training, the adoption of modern technologies, and fostering a participatory organizational culture significantly contribute to volunteer preparedness. These results suggest that humanitarian organizations can improve their efficiency in crisis management by focusing on these elements.
