مدیریت خانواده و چالشهای نوپدید در عصر حاضر بارویکردی از آموزه های قرآن کریم و نهج البلاغه

در دنیای وسیع امروز، عصر فناوری که دسترسی آحاد جامعه را به مجموعه اطلاعات و قدرت و توان ناشی از آن ارتقاء داده، مدیریت سنتی والدین را در تربیت فرزندان با چالشهای عدیدهای مواجه ساخته است. با توجه به اهمیت تربیت دینی فرزندان در کاهش تنش‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی، این پژوهش با بررسی آموزه‌های قرآن و نهج البلاغه، راهکارهای عملی برای والدین، مربیان و سیاست‌گذاران ارائه میدهد تا با آگاهی بیشتر، تربیت فرزندان را بر اساس ارزش‌های اسلامی سامان دهند.این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی مدیریت خانواده و چالشهای نوپدید در عصر حاضر، به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان میدهد که:1. محبت و احترام، ایجاد حس اعتماد به نفس درآموزش مهارتهای زندگی و ارتباط صمیمی میان والدین و فرزندان، زمینه ساز رشد و پرورش صحیح فرزندان میباشد. 2.والدین میتوانند در مواجهه با چالشهای نوپدید، راهبردهای تربیتی خود را به‌روز کرده و با توجه به نیازهای فرزندان، به تربیت آنان بپردازند. بنابراین بهره‌گیری از تعالیم قرآن و نهج البلاغه می‌تواند در بهبود مدیریت خانواده و کاهش تنش‌ها و اختلافات خانوادگی و اجتماعی نقش تأثیرگذاری داشته باشد.
