بررسی فقهی دیدگاه رشید رضا معتزلی مذهب مبنی بر مجمل بودن تعبیر «نفس واحدة»

یافتن مصداق نفس واحده در آیه اول سوره نساء، موضوع بحث بسیاری از پژوهشگران و مفسران بوده و نتایج حاصل از آن، ضمن کتاب‌های تفسیری ارائه شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که بسیاری از مفسران شیعی و اهل سنت، ضمن قابل تفسیر بودن این تعبیر، حضرت آدم را مصداق آن معرفی کرده‌اند. در این میان، رشیدرضا «نفس واحده» را مجمل و غیر قابل تفسیر قلمداد نموده و معتقد است هیچ مبین قرآنی و روایی در تعیین کیستی و رفع اجمال از این واژه وجود ندارد؛ بنابراین باید اصناف مختلف جامعه را ذی‌حق دانست كه بر اساس پیش فرض‌های خود، مصداق‌های متفاوتی را برای این تعبیر در نظر بگیرند. این پژوهش با استفاده از شیوه توصیف و تحلیل محتوا در صدد نقد دیدگاه رشیدرضا و نتایج حاصل از آن نگاشته شده است. بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، علاوه بر وجود مبین‌های قرآنی و روایی، دیدگاه رشید رضا با برخی مسلمات نیز تعارض دارد. به علاوه تداوم ابهام آیات با اوصافی همچون بیان و موعظه بودن قرآن قابل جمع نیست. از طرف دیگر، پذیرش دیدگاه او جواز برداشت و قرائت‌های مختلف از لفظ مبهم و در نتیجه، جواز برداشت و امكان قرائت‌های مختلف از دین را به همراه دارد؛ زیرا هرگونه نظریه‌پردازی در باب كیفیت تفسیر كتاب وسنت، در كیفیت دین نیز اثرگذار است. از این‌رو نمی‌توان نفس واحده را غیر قابل تفسیر دانست.
