Abstract

Married life is based on love, friendship, understanding, mutual respect, and recognition and observance of each other's rights. The religion of Islam, which is clear, has considered rights for every husband and wife in order to develop and continue the environment and small community of the family, and has also determined duties for them in return for these rights. On this basis, this research, using a documentary-analytical method and with the aim of jurisprudential-legal analysis, has examined the engineering of couples' relationships in four areas: choosing a manager, financial rights, sexual rights, and the rule of the necessity of socializing in a manner that is acceptable in marital relationships. According to the studies conducted, individual selfishness and legal weaknesses cause seemingly legal abuses in the family legal system, especially in the legal relationships of husband and wife. This research examines the legal nature of these abuses, evaluates how to prevent and deal with them, and presents an appropriate solution in a jurisprudential and legal context, considering the necessity of socializing in a proper manner, which is one of the rules governing couples' relationships.
